* Experience working with process control style instrumentation and control technology.
* Working knowledge of basic electrical installation requirements and standards.

The Role:
The role of Operations Manager requires a solutions provider to lead a flourishing Tooling shop floor. The key duties and responsibilities of the Operations Manager are:
 - Lead the shop floor, delegating tasks and dealing with manufacturing issues.
 - Liaise with customers.
 - Oversee all company operations.
 - Establish and Implement Lean strategies.
 - Provide tooling and press work solutions.
 - Purchasing.
 
The Successful Candidate:
The successful candidate for the position of Operations Manager will come from the following background, or be able to show evidence of the necessary skills and experience:
 - Strong Engineering background in Pressings.
 - Experience working as a Toolmaker, or within a Tooling environment.
 - Very hands-on.
 - Able to provide solutions.
 - Analytical/Process Improvement expertise.
 - Knowledge of PPAP, APQP etc.
 - Experience implementing Lean principles, primarily 5S.

The position of Operations Manager is based in Worcestershire and is easily commutable from Redditch, Worcester, Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Bromsgrove, Solihull, and Stratford-upon-Avon.
